Copyright

All artwork, images and content on this website are the property of the artist and are protected under the copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Purchasing the artwork does not transfer the copyright. The artist retains all reproduction and usage rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. 

Artwork and Authenticity

All artworks are original and created by the artist unless otherwise stated. Descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. colours may vary slightly due to the screen settings and the handmade nature of original art.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBp (£). Full payment is required at checkout. orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is cleared.

Postage

Artworks are carefully packaged for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Returns and Faults (non-commissioned work)

All non commissioned artworks sales are final unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described. If and artwork arrives damaged or faulty you must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Where applicable a replacement or refund will be offered in line with Uk consumer law.

Once completed, the artwork will be packaged carefully and shipped using express24withsignature. You will be notified when your painting has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates only.

risk

responsibility for the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery. The artists is not responsible for damage after delivery or due to improper handling or display.

By purchasing a painting you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Commission Policy

A commission is a bespoke, made-to-order artwork created specifically to your individual requirements. This may include agreed details such as subject matter, size, colour palette or theme.

Booking a commission

commissions are confirmed only once:

*The commission details have been agreed in writing and

*An agreed deposit of 50% has been payed which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% needs to be payed upon completion before the painting is shipped.

Artistic style and variation

By commissioning an artwork, you acknowledge that:

*The artists style is subjective and unique.

*Minor variations in colour, texture, or interpretation are part of the creative process.

*Theses variations do not constitute a fault.

Revisions

unless OTHERWISE AGREED:

*ONE ROUND OF MINOR ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE OFFERED AT THE ARTISTS DISCRETION.

*SIGNIFICANT CHANGES OR ADDITIONAL REVISIONS MAY INCUR EXTRA COSTS.

*REQUESTS THAT FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE THE ORIGINAL BRIEF MAY BE REFUSED.

Timescales

ESTIMATED COMPLETION times WILL BE PROVIDED BUT ARE NOT Guaranteed. delays may occur due to creative process, drying times, or circumstances beyond the artists control.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission at their discretion.

Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. Work will not begin until the deposit payment has cleared.

Copyright

Copyright remains with the artist. Commissioning an artwork does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute or use the artwork commercially.

Commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes where the buyer changes their mind or decides the artwork is no longer wanted.
